Lake Norman Sports Village is a regional multi-sport tournament complex designed to serve the rapidly growing communities of the northwestern Charlotte corridor. We're building more than a sports facility — we're creating an economic engine that generates tourism revenue, permanent jobs, and quality-of-life infrastructure without costing taxpayers a dime.
Structured as a public-private partnership, LNSV brings together private capital, county land, and professional facility management to deliver a venue that the region urgently needs. Over 55,000 youth athletes across the tri-county area currently compete for court time in aging gyms and borrowed school facilities. Families drive hours to tournaments in other states, taking their spending dollars with them. We're bringing them home.

LNSV is modeled after Rocky Top Sports World in Gatlinburg, Tennessee — a facility built through a city-county partnership for $22 million that now generates over $55 million per year in regional economic impact.
Our public-private partnership structure follows the same proven playbook: the county provides the land, NCDOT covers road and utility improvements, and our team delivers the capital, construction expertise, and operational management to make it work.

Indoor Tournament Hall
90,000+ SF of competition space. 8 regulation hardwood basketball courts convertible to 16 volleyball courts. Arena-quality LED lighting and 2,000+ spectator seats.
Outdoor Athletic Complex
Championship synthetic turf fields for soccer, lacrosse, and flag football. Outdoor sand volleyball courts, track & field area, and covered spectator seating.
Elite Performance Center
6,000 SF training facility with speed/agility turf, plyometric platforms, sports science lab with force plates and video analysis, and athlete development programs.
Fitness & Wellness
Full-service fitness center with cardio, strength, and functional zones. Group fitness studios, recovery suite with cold plunge and sauna, plus 6 dedicated pickleball courts.
Restaurant & Social Hub
150-seat casual dining restaurant with full bar overlooking the main court hall. Smoothie bar, grab-and-go options, and outdoor patio seating for families and spectators.
Community Programs
Year-round youth academies, homeschool athletics, summer camps, senior fitness, corporate wellness, and adaptive sports for athletes of all abilities.
Who's Behind LNSV
A U.S. military veteran and Project Executive in large-scale facility construction with 8+ years delivering mission-critical facilities for Fortune 100 clients including Intel, AWS, Microsoft, and Google. Career spans hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing, and complex infrastructure — projects where precision, schedule, and budget discipline are non-negotiable.
A Lake Norman resident, Shaine founded LNSV to channel his construction and development expertise into a project that strengthens the community where he and his family live.
A former college baseball player with deep roots in youth and amateur athletics, Tyler brings the sports programming engine that drives LNSV's tournament calendar and community partnerships. His network of tournament organizers, league directors, and youth sports contacts ensures the facility is booked from day one.
Tyler's relationships across the travel sports landscape — from booking partnerships to league affiliations — are what transform a building into a destination.
